How To Submit a Cleaning Request
This tutorial was developed to refine the training process at an aircraft detailing company that was transitioning to a new scheduling process, software, and company partnership. The objective was to expedite the current in-person training process and teach employees how to schedule cleaning requests using the Atlas app quickly and efficiently.

Patient Phone Call Etiquette
This microlearning video was developed to enhance the onboarding process for receptions at River's Edge Family Medicine. The objective was to expedite the current in-person training process and correct problematic language and practices that had created patient distress in the past, while standardizing expectations for how to professionally field phone calls.
